Last updated: 8 August 2026

Welcome to Albert Cross. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.albertcross.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

## 1. About Us

Albert Cross is operated from:
14 Queensway, Sleaford, England, NG34 9ET, United Kingdom
Email: reecewm04@gmail.com

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

## 3. Products and Pricing

We sell men's and women's clothing, footwear and accessories. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices for customers outside the UK may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties or import fees charged by your local authorities, which are your responsibility.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizing and descriptions accurately, but we don't guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be fully accurate. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased.

## 4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the product(s) in your cart, which we're free to accept or decline. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we'll issue a full refund.

Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment providers. You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method provided.

## 5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Free shipping applies to all orders over £50, regardless of destination; orders under £50 have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and delivery speed.

Because our products are sourced and fulfilled through our supply partners, delivery timeframes can vary by item and destination, and estimated delivery times shown at checkout or on our Shipping Information page are estimates only, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Full details are available on our Shipping Information page.

## 6. Returns and Refunds

All orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, as set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy. UK and EU customers also retain their statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection law.

## 7. Account Registration

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

## 8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission
- Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information, including for orders or payments

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

## 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and the Albert Cross name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.

## 10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as our hosting and payment providers). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party.

## 11. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

## 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albert Cross will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

## 13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

## 14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

*This policy is provided as a general template based on standard UK e-commerce and consumer protection law and is not a substitute for legal advice. Because you sell to customers in the EU and US as well as the UK, we'd recommend having a solicitor review this policy — particularly the liability and governing law sections — before publishing it live.*
