We're not liable for delays caused by customs processing, carriers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

All orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, as set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy. UK and EU customers also retain their statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection law.
