Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.
How to track
- Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email (check spam/junk if you don't see it).
- Click the tracking link, or enter your tracking number directly with the carrier.
- Track your order's progress right up to delivery.
Can't find your tracking info?
Tracking details are sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse — this can take 1–2 business days after you order. If it's been longer than that and you still don't have tracking info, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Order status
You can also view your order history and status anytime by logging into your account, or by checking the order confirmation email sent to your inbox.
